I fear that the service offered by this public company is one of the worst in Europe. Exaggerated and constant delays, inconveniences on the agenda and poor and poorly reduced trains (most of the trains are still those put into service in the 80s of the last century) are proof that the Italian railways are in a profound state of degradation which seems impossible to remedy. Moreover, the price of the ticket is absolutely disproportionate to the quality of the trip and to the kilometers that can be traveled: such a public service should encourage the use of its public transport rather than pushing people to use personal means. I am extremely ashamed to say that this company offers service in Italy.
