I've been using Momentum Wealth as my rental agent...

I've been using Momentum Wealth as my rental agent for 5 months now. I am very happy with their service so far always receive rent on time and haven't had any issue. Special thanks to Sebastien How. He is the reason why I am with Momentum Wealth now. I know him from his previous company but didn't work with him at the time as I was not ready to lease my property. When I was ready a few months ago I contacted him and found out he's moved on. Sebastien is a very reliable and honest residential management advisor. He advised better rent than other agents and that he also advised me and my partner a lot on getting our property ready. Not only that, he and his assistant Jack also helped organizing the maintenance works done before handing the keys over to the tenants.
