Kyle H. and Mike S. were able to smash an extra job in to give us heat after losing it for the two coldest days of the year. They spent from 1 to 9 pm replacing our dead furnace. They took time to explain what was going on as much as possible and got it done. It was 47 inside when I woke up that morning. 62 when I went to bed and back to 68 when I got up. It was a team effort with a couple of support trucks bringing parts. Dave S. lined us up the night before with all of our questions on the furnace and trying to get us in ASAP. Yolanda also fielded several calls from me about an awesome 0% loan that was moving as soon as the bank opened. She was also rooting for us to get our heat which made the stressful calls fun.
