Horrible on line store. They deserve a ZERO out of...

Horrible on line store. They deserve a ZERO out of ten. I placed an order in early July! Still never received it!!! Then I placed another order in August! Still never received that one yet!!! Unbelievable! When I call I get different answers depending on which operator answers. None of which make sense ...one says the company is still making the product!?
And another says the shipping is taking long!? What are you using pony express!?
I emailed the ceo...never answered me.
Don't order from this place they are horrible
I'm sure next year I will still be waiting for my orders...working persons store could care less!
