The local office image appears high-end, but you can't find out because it is hard to reach anyone. Nationally, the company image appears united, but take it on a shop by shop basis.

Update - I will say this, upon making the initial review, a senior company manager did reach out in response and that does go a long way to improve their image. But I have moved on with another brokerage company that answered my call and impressed me from the first minute. Response time is everything. Kudos to the senior manager at the Boston franchise for trying to make things right.
