what a pathetic company! First they came and quoted a complete exterior door replacement. they quoted me over 4 thousand dollars!! i have not talked to a single company yet except these people that quoted even half of that. they called me a week later and said they would like a manager to speak with me and offer "extremely competitive prices." i said sure why not, they called to confirm the appointment the night before and not even an hour later called back and rescheduled. we rescheduled and again they called the night before to confirm. and again not even an hour later they called to change the time. the entire time saying "we want your business." after they rescheduled it they did a no call no show!! obviously they don't want my business! i will never EVER recommend these people to anyone! such terrible service. when i said i was going elsewhere with my business they said thank you and just topped talking to me so i just hung up. i can not even explain how mad i was at this service and how i can not stress enough DO NOT GO WITH THIS PATHETIC COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!!!
