New home insurance taken out in connection with ow...

New home insurance taken out in connection with owner-occupied home, simply paid. Now suddenly a letter that the insurance has been canceled due to the outstanding amount. Contact with customer service is difficult, long waiting times by telephone. Chat also long but faster a response. Response was unfortunate, you cannot take out new home insurance with Allianz. Then the Chat was closed. Incredibly customer-unfriendly and unnecessary. Received mail few days later, with a "shame you go" as they are the ones who kicked us out. We get back the excess paid in premium. Contacted the chat again, mentioned this course of events, unfortunately no response or apologies. No recommendation this company! Would anyone advise against having anything to do with these people. One star is way too many.
