Bought our '16 Kia Sorento from Anna Smith and the Walser crew a couple of weeks ago. Anna was wonderful to work with! She was very educational and forthright with all our questions. She has this calm presence about her and never presumptuous! It was the most comfortable and confident I have ever been with a car sales person. Thank you for your patience!
Thank you to Michelle, who had the gas tank filled so we weren't any later to a family gathering on the other side of the twin cities (didn't plan on purchasing that day, but so impressed)! That was so considerate!
My sunroof needed work done in the first week, so not only was that repaired while it was in, they provided me with similar vehicle to use during repairs and they addressed 4 other service bulletins. I'm very impressed with the value of the extended warranty purchased, as well. Thank you Walser!
