My roof has needed replacement for a while. Mr. Zico McBean with NuRoofing came by and offered to meet with my insurance company. Mr McBean was very aggressive with his presentation. I did end up going with him and Nuroofing but had issues with him showing up when agreed upon and communicating dates and times. He didnt know where his roofers were when they were scheduled to work on my house. The roof was replaced while I was at work and I didn't see Mr. McBean until he came to pick up the final payment. I erroneously assumed the roof had been completed. I was wrong. With the recent rains, I have found that my roof leaks. Everytime it rains water Cascades down my wall and onto my floor. My ceiling, walls, baseboards, fireplace have all been damaged because of the leak. I have emailed and texted Mr. McBean but the only response I got was when he thought I needed a new roof. He has not responded to any of my text messages or emails and I am taking this to mean he is refusing to come back and repair the damage that he and his company have caused.
