This was my First Time in LA and I was pose to stay at the W but they gave me a hard time, so I chose Loews instead. N when I tell you from the beginning to the end of my stay was perfectly amazing ! The Manager (think his name begins with an A) made my check in and was great! Truly focused on my needs! The other staff and manager played a big part as well! Especially the Valet service. This Hotel made me feel special and important. Like I was a Somebody! (Celebrity). Amazing prices compared to other hotels and better quality! Everything a Hotel should be! Especially being as though Covid is going on. I even made All of my family and friends book the week there with me. A total of 7 rooms! Whenever I visit LA again, Loews is going to be my first and Only Choice!
