Is the worst Hotel I have ever been to or tried to stay at! Horrible customer service. No return phone call from GM after a horrible experience at their location. I would never book,stay or recommend this property to anyone! If I could give them 0 star I would! I have 4 messages for the GM Jeff, in the first week after my horrible attempt to stay! Showed up at 4;45 for my Guaranteed room reservation only to be told by Ron at the front desk that My room (suite) had been given away to someone else. I was the last one to show up! (at 4:45) Spent an hour and 30 min standing in the lobby with my 2 under teenage girl, Cart full of luggage for our 3 day stay only have to load back up and get shipped off to a property 10 miles south of the location I booked a month ahead! (birthday weekend and kids first NFL game).
