I called summit energy and the supervisor could not answer any my questions, why has my gas increased by 63% in ten months and my hydro by 30% in ten moths. Everyone avoid summit energy they going to suck your back account, I payed to summitt in the first ten months of 2017 more then $1.300, when with Enbridge I payed $740 in the first ten months of 2016. How much Enbridge can increase 10% every year? that means for me around $90 every year, in 5 years is $450, i already payed $560 increase to summitt in 10 months. I have to put 1 star to post my disgusting situation with this company, but i like to put a -10 stars.
and at the end if you want to cancel before the five years you have to pay a early cancellation fee, who is going to refund me for all the extra money i payed?
