They found a repair company and paid for a repair on a manufacturing flaw after I got nowhere with Mathis Brothers (where I purchased the A.R.T. items). I spent nearly $19,000 with Mathis who gave me a hard time from the start since my credit card mailing address was my office and the furniture was being delivered to my house. When we had a small problem with the furniture, Mathis was not very helpful, A.R.T. was professional, with follow-up.
