I dropped off my recumbent tricycle for a full tuneup on a Friday. The mechanic on duty advised that Saturday was their busy day but I assumed they would work it in. I heard nothing all weekend and called back on Monday. They started two easy repairs but the bike sat largely untouched for three days. I picked it up just as I left it on Monday afternoon. They took a walk-in flat repair and a brake adjustment walk in while I loaded my bike alone into my truck. Service is non-existent for some customers but excuses are plentiful.
