The staff and management amazing . Sashane took care of us at breakfast greeting us with a smiling face. Michael M, Michael G. Jerome and Sheldon made our dinner experience at Neptune's so much fun. Rouja (mojito man) took care of us at the returnee dinner. Enjoyed conversation with Charles the general manager and we got to meet Brian Roper the manager before we left. Needless to say we were treated very special being Diamond Members.
