Well, as expected, we closed on the house with absolutely no help from Brand Name Real Estate! But they sure were willing to leave their name on the contract and get paid for being the most dishonest and untrustworthy agency!

Three months later and this real estate agency is still willing to be completely dishonest and leave their name on the contract even through they have not put more that the one hour of work "first and only meeting" into the buying of the house.

Horrible is the only way to describe this real estate agency. When we meet with the agent, they reassured us several times during our meeting that if we wanted to change real estate agencies, just to let them know as soon as possible. So after discussing this with my wife, we decided and informed Brand Name real estate the next day (truly within 24 hours) that we wanted to go in a different direction. Then they let us know that because their name was put on the contract for the house, it s up to the Real estate agency to agree to remove their name and they would not do so. And now, we can t change realtors because it s not their policy to keep their word, be honest and trustworthy and remove their name. This is a very dishonest agency and I would extremely recommend avoiding Brand Name Real Estate.

As a side note, I wish that I it was an option to give zero stars because they didn t earn one star.
