I would give ZERO STARS. I had to have a follow up...

I would give ZERO STARS. I had to have a follow up from an Emergency Room visit I had prior. THESE PEOPLE ABSOLUTELY DON T ANSWER THEIR PHONE and once they finally did return my call they scheduled an appointment with me for the next morning. I got off the phone with my parents after already scheduling and realized I had to wait a few weeks until my insurance would take effect so I had to call to cancel. I CALLED THEM A TOTAL OF 7 TIMES!!!! They were still open for 2 more hours when I was calling. Never answered the phone once. Obviously I couldn t go to this appointment because I did not have insurance. I left them a very angry voicemail (I m not proud of this) CANCELLING my appointment for the next morning. Still sent me the bill for missing the appointment that I TRIED TO CANCEL THE DAY BEFORE! I have a serious condition and take it pretty seriously that my obgyn is going to be prompt in answering their phones for it could be important! Go literally anywhere but here, absolute worst service I ve ever received as far as an obgyn IN MY LIFE.
