Avoid the service department at all costs. A 1-hour estimate to change wiper blades and a side marker lamp ("just wait, it'll only take about an hour") turned into a 4 hour waste of my time.

Gave them a second chance with scheduled maintenance. Dropped the car off at 7am and was told I'd be contacted when it was done but they were busy so might be Kate afternoon. No problem.

5:30 rolled around and I'd heard nothing. No cost estimate for the service or anything at all. I called and waited on hold until I was prompted to leave a message since "all agents were busy". I left all the appropriate info and waited until 6:45 and still no callback!!

I called them again and someone answered the phone and said the car was done but they close at 7 and I had less than 15 minutes to get there before they locked the doors!

They refused to give me an extra 5-10 minutes to come get my car and its currently being held hostage until they reopen tomorrow morning. UNBELIEVABLE.

Avoid like the plague!
