Inverter failed

Inverter failed
said some one would come and replace 3 weeks later ,a inverter was sent via TNT, did not explain why
said some would come to install 3 weeks later no one has contacted me for install
just a rip off joint , do not trust , do not buy, only sells junk
going to contact Consumer affairs
