Service appointment girl is terribly unprofessional. Called to schedule an oil change service. Asked about a winterization service and the girl got annoyed and gave me a lecture about the difference. Had a terrible tone an attitude on the phone. Left a VM with the Service Director with disinterested feedback only to be flanked with lies he heard from his employee that I was being uncourteous. Mmm... Appalled and upset, I called the SD back to explain but he did not returned my call. He probably didn't wanted to be bothered with such nonsense. Too bad BMW of Sterling... You just lost another potential customer for a lousy service issue and not bothering to hear the customer side of the story. What a shame...
