One start is way to much. They should have negative starts!!!!!! where do I start????? This place is a joke.. My daughter is 21 and has epilepsy and after moving to Kentucky about a year a she had to go threw the process of finding a new Dr. and going threw all the test. I get it. Its a long process. She had to get an Egg does and she had one scheduled ( after waiting a few weeks to get an appointment) and the Tec who does that cancelled on her not once but twice in the same week. 1st time because she was sick (i get it) 2nd time was because she wanted a day off ( it was Friday). The office did not have another Tech in the office to cover when she is gone. They tell me that my daughter can wait till November 1st to call back and make another appointment (seriously). So they sent my daughter to the Hospital to have it done (ok, fine) So my daughter goes to the hospital to have her EGG gone and after the it was allover they tell her oh, I am sorry we don't take your insurance eat this Hospital.. So now my daughter has a huge bill ( should they have known that????). After all that she finally gets back into the Dr to get the results (everything looked good. Thank GOD) . After that my daughter had another seizure so the upped her meds (OK) that made her sick and than she had another seizure (this time she lost all vision needless to say scary)!!!!!!!! So Dr wanted to change her Meds (ok, fine) well, he wants to change it to something she was on when she was younger and the meds made her gain weight, she became mean and depressed (Kepra) . Which at that time she told the Dr. office that. we have been waiting for 2 days for the Dr, office to call back. My daughter ha called the office about 6 to 7 times and each time the tell her "they are waiting for the Dr to look at the records and to see what to do" She gets a call from Pharmacy that they filled the Kepra (I DONT THINK SO)!!!! Needless to say they don't care and don't have time for there patient or listen to there patient...
