Arbor has been great at caring for my older cat. They understand how traumatic it can be for her to come in for appointments, and have given me advice over the phone before so that I could avoid brining her in unless absolutely necessary. While vet care seems to be pricey everywhere, I felt they've always been friendly, caring and genuinely concerned for my pet. I never felt rushed through an appointment, and they follow up afterwards to make sure any issues have resolved.
