I have been going to Xcel for over a decade. I have always found it to be on the cutting edge in equipment. They hire the best qualified trainers. They offer independent class offerings as a subset of the whole gym. They are by far the cleanest facility and are constantly maintaining it. Highly recommended. It is not your contract factory of $10 and $20 a month offerings counting on you to show up for a month and not go back. They want you back and they count on it.
