The Folk Festival is in late July. I start looking forward to the next year's festival as the last act finishes up. The food can be a bargain. I like to bring a reusable sealed container to bring favorite treats home for the next days lunch. For the past few years we have been buying a Lowell Garage parking pass to make it more affordable to come and go with our mood and the weather.
