Initially I took on a month of sessions to try a personal trainer to help recover from an injury to my ankle. I had tried a trainer in a gym a few years ago and didn't particularly enjoy it as it felt a little like going through the motions, so I committed to a few weeks first to see how it went.
Quite a different experience here working with Duncan. I have really enjoyed the workouts as they have been varied but felt they were planned to be specific to me. Duncan certainly knows his stuff and is very personable and takes the time to explain what we are doing and why. I can feel a real difference not only with the ankle but both physically and mentally.
I have also really enjoyed the private gym, it is an easier environment to ask questions and certainly you are not self conscious about what you or anyone else is doing, so you just crack on with it.
In short I highly recommend both Duncan and Luke Bremner Fitness and have just signed up to continue the sessions indefinitely.
