I had a car accident....back hurting couldn't take...

I had a car accident....back hurting couldn't take a deep breath for the first few hrs......got x-rayed then after sitting in the doctors office for about 3 hrs he comes back to tell me I'm fine go take a Tylenol it'll help (didn't prescribe a thing)..... got a second opinion I HAD LIGAMENT DAMAGE IN ALL THE PLACES HE SAID WERE FINE needed physical therapy and everything this place should be shut down
