They could be so much better. We waited 2 hrs for ...

They could be so much better. We waited 2 hrs for a ride and were not even offered free front of line pass to any ride. Disney would give you one. The ride broke down repeatedly. Kids love this place but with their lack of empathy for their guests makes me dislike Knotts.
