We JUST finished up our purchase on our very first...

We JUST finished up our purchase on our very first Acura - a 2015 RDX (we've both had Hondas in the past)!! Sunmin was our Sales Associate and she was/is AWESOME! I highly recommend her!! We really felt like she was trying to help us (and she proved that by going back and forth several times to the Sales Manager for us). We had very specific/firm numbers, and she worked really hard!

William, the Sales Manager, actually came out and introduced himself, and we were really impressed by this. We've typically experienced Sales Managers who will only stay in their offices. William was/is very approachable. We did shop the competition and did a TON of homework before going into any dealers. We closed the deal on our second visit to Sterling McCall Acura - it was an easy choice to go with Sterling McCall because we were treated with so much respect (see my review for Gillman).

Our Finance Manager, Pablo, was super friendly. He wasn't pushy about the additional warranty plans, but instead, was very informative... he did help us do a sort of 'create your own additional warranty' from what they offer in their packages (we mostly chose items that take care of cosmetics - door dings, leather repair, carpet stains, etc.).

Oh, and we had our toddler with us the whole time - gah! ;-) Not the most ideal 'customer' to bring along when you're car shopping - but everyone was super nice and played along with all of his questions, high-fives, and toddler silliness. Thank you all!! Sunmin you are the BEST!!! We really appreciate you!
