You have to book your tour before the day-of. It's absolutely a must-see, especially if you are a local and/or listen to NPR. The tour let's you see pretty much everything, but they are very strict about phones, cameras, and other electronics. They will allow you to take photos only in very specific places (it is a workplace). My favorite part was the Tiny Desk Concerts room... Also don't miss the gift shop!... Uber to arrive (no parking).
