As an ASE Certified Mechanic and maintenance manager, all I can say about this place is wow. The up sell on the service side is criminal. Took my personal vehicle in for an oil change. I was aware of a few things that needed to be done, but most were not even mentioned on the estimate for repairs. I feel bad for most of the people that know very little about their vehicle or service intervals and go to dealerships like this try scare tactics on them to try and services on a vehicle that it does not require. I suggest if you do go here for Service, get a second inspection done on the vehicle at a separate shop to verify that your Vehicle does require servicing or repairs. I for one just moved to this area and already I will not be returning to this dealership for any parts or service. One visit and already you lost my business.
