I don't typically do bad reviews because I'm in a business where I get reviews. I'd like to be able to order a tub combo and have traveled to three different stores in 2 days because I was told it was in stock and then they weren't and then they were there and then they weren't. Around $15 in fuel I'm guessing. I even called Meridian who verified they had it and they didn't. So back I go to Eagle to order it at the customer service like I was told I could and was told that I couldn't because there wasn't one within a hundred miles with no offer to look for an alternative. I was clearly upset in the lady just stood there staring at me. I'm done I'm done I wish somebody else carried bathtubs besides big box stores. I've spent thousands of dollars in the store in Eagle and the service has gotten worse and worse. It's time for the small hardware store to come back but they have to step up.
