Appointment was scheduled for 2:50, I left work to be here on time, then you make me wait 20 minutes for my appointment.
If you can't stay on schedule then maybe you need to fix your scheduling or the person who does so.
Zero explanation given for why it took so long other than "you can ask the doctor" from reception.....real nice.
