A lot of discrimination and preference with certain people, vacations are approved depends on the manager and his spirits, they exploit you doing work of two and three people at the same time. They take you out of your lunch time even without eating because they occupy you in production. I was hurt by a man making a force and the doctor gave me restrictions and they DID NOT comply with them because they were short staffed!
