Leaving 2 stars purely for the fact of the lack of manners and service...arrived on a Friday evening as a walk in, waited in the queue waiting to be greeted and served but this was not the case. Granted it was a Friday evening, so rather busy, yes. But the lady behind the welcome desk was clearly too busy to remember her manners, the family in front booked in and were taken to their table, upon the servers return we were not spoken to, greeted in any way shape or form and neither did we get any sort of eye contact from her. She proceeded to stare at her screen and speak to her colleagues we were waiting at the help desk for at least 15 minutes before we left. There were free tables and plenty of staff rushing around, we wouldn t of left if she had just made at least a bit of eye contact to make us feel welcome.
