The best hospitality ever offered to me at any hotel! They make you feel welcomed and special, as if it s their true honor to care for their guests. That to me is important at any hotel I stay in. My last experience was beyond words. My girlfriend and I had a rough night, I thought that I had booked my room from Saturday-Sunday. Turns out that I had made a mistake, and I actually booked it from Sunday-Monday. Eric who works at the front desk resolved the problem so smoothly, he didnt even bother to tell us our mistake until the following day, he knew we just needed some sleep. Let s just say, check in was at 4pm, he let me check in at 8am (8hrs before check in time) I was so amazed and thankful because let s be honest, when does a hotel ever do that?! We love Eric, and we love this hotel!!
