We had booked our first ever African safari with Rhino Africa in January 2020 and throughout the process, we received excellent customer service from Daniela Fraser.

Unfortunately due to COVID-19, the holiday did not work out for us this year. Throughout what has been a rather stressful year for us (as my mother is in the high-risk health group), Daniela allayed our fears with her friendly emails and phone chats - giving us a number of alternatives.

When we were made aware of a significantly cheaper quote from another tour operator for the identical holiday, Daniela tried to work with Rhino Africa's handlers to match this price. As the quote could not be matched, Daniela offered us the full refund as per the guidelines set out in Rhino Africa's price guarantee.

Daniela spent a lot of time and effort working with us to try and make this holiday happen and hopefully sometime in the not-too-distant-future, we will be able to enjoy a Rhino Africa experience.

We cannot praise Daniela highly enough for the time and effort she put into our planning our holiday in what must be a really difficult time for Rhino Africa too due to the pandemic.

We really appreciate the exceptional customer service we have received from Daniela and Rhino Africa. Hence it is easy to understand why Rhino Africa has won a World Travel Award for six successive years.
