They gave me the best price in the metro plex on my 40K Maintenance. Check out their web site to get at least 10% off any service, including just an oil change.

I have a maintenance package for oil change/tire rotations and they have worked with MPP to get it taken care of every time.

One time, there was an issue with Hertz, the rental company they do business with. I was forced to purchase this $19.99 protection since I was under 25, even though I thought the rental was free. The guy @ the rental place told the dealership I lied and opted in for this, which was offensive. Nevertheless, the dealership paid on MY BEHALF and told them to remove any temporary holds and authorizations on my debit card.

I will definitely always return to this dealership for all my service needs... and don't forget that coupon, guys.

As far as questionable tactics... that is on the selling side. The service side is top-notch. NEVER had such friendly service in my entire car-owning life... which is now three years, with a new car each year. (I've also never had a salesman I could trust. Every salesman I've ever dealt with lied to me, both before and after I paid for the car and drove off with it... and no I didn't purchase my car from L VW, too.)

They also helped me locate my audio jack which was elusive for me for about five months after owning the car... Hah.

One small downside... even though I'm salaried and could care less as to how long I'm out of the office, I was told about an hour for my oil change. It took about 2 hrs, 15 mins to get it done... I would've brought my laptop if I had known it was going to take this long, but now I know!
