Just purchased my first car from Tracy Ball at Prestman Auto and had a wonderful experience. As soon as I met Tracy he put me at ease and was able to help me through the whole car buying process. I had never purchased a car before but Tracy was so informative and helpful that the whole process went so smooth and easy. Throughout the process, there was no pressure or stress, which isn't what you usually get when buying a car. The manager is great as well (Robert) and helped me get a great deal on my 2011 Ford Fusion. I would recommend this dealership to anyone! I will be back to buy my second and third cars from Prestman Auto!
