We purchased a Jeep from here in February, and my husband and I were very satisfied with the overall first impression. The staff made it a very easy, and painless process and were professional and caring. We were a little hesitant on buying a warranty but the financial guy we were working with, assured us that if we changed our minds, we were able to cancel the warranty and get that money back. After 2 weeks, we decided we didn't want the warranty and contacted the dealership in writing and over the phone. The same guy who helped us when we first bought the car, said he'd contact the people who owned the warranty to get that process started. It's now been 3 months, and we've contacted Prestman Auto SEVERAL times about the warranty cancellation. We were assured that it would be cancelled as of our first request date, but had to email several times to get that response. We still have heard nothing back, and it clearly seems that you actually can't cancel a warranty.

Very disappointed with their service now. It seems they only care for you as a customer when you're actually in their office, handing them money. We also had a slight issue with getting our license plates on time and before our temps expired, and the girl we worked with was not kind at all.

If you want to keep customers, or get repeat customers, I'd recommend treating them the same way you do when they're in your office. We are super disappointed the great customer service we experienced initially is practically nonexistent now.
