I was disappointed with the service and situation....

I was disappointed with the service and situation. I was told one thing in the phone do I booked my appointment. Only to learn after I was there that I was to pay for all services not covered by warrenty. And to top everything off the service adviser made snide remarks as to insinuate I was only there to get free work which they were being paid for by GM. She asked me about tires and I told I had found a really good price at another shop so I'd likely buy them there. She told me that capital GM would match prices but due to her being so rude I wouldn't buy them from capital Gm anyway. As it turned out my service wasn't free and will likely be the last time I will use Capital GM as there are a lot of choices for service centers. I never even got a follow up call.
