Downgrading from 5 - 3. The food is good, but the pricing is deceptive. 20% service charge, 4 dollars for extra chicken, 6 for extra cheese. None of this was brought up on the phone ordering.

Ended up spending 35 dollars on a pizza.

Times are tough, and we are willing to give an extra tip, but those charges should be made clear at the point of purchase so we can make a good decision based on our budget.
