Purchased a brand new 2017 Golf from Kent A. He was very helpful, all of the staff were friendly and they were a breath of fresh air after dealing with the other VW dealership's games for days on end. I appreciated Southgates no nonsense approach, I am a busy mom of 2 young kids and they were very respectful of my time, provided me with a clear price for my new car and trade in that I could take home and discuss with my husband. All of my questions were answered quickly, clearly and they gave me the time and space I needed to make a decision about the car. I can't say enough good things about my experience with SG VW, and I love my new car, thanks guys!
