I attempted to rent a room and the front desk clerk said there were no rooms available and it would be an hour wait. I asked to use the bathroom and was directed to it. Ten minutes later when I passed back by the desk, another couple was checking in. I was appalled as the clerk told us the wait would be an hour. I thought maybe they have a reservation but as I stood and observed, they did not. Then after they left she told me she had a room ready that we could have. She gave us a keycard and we went to the room. The room was open was trashed and not clean. It also smelled of cigarette smoke. I requested a non-smoking room which I was assured was clean. It most definitely was neither. I asked for a cancellation but two days later I still didn't have a refund. This place is a joke, rude customer service and nasty rooms.
