I absolutely love the consistency of teachers at this daycare. I see the same familiar faces everyday, which I've learned is a rarity at some schools. I think the directors work very hard to make things run as smoothly as possible and have always been very accommodating to us. My child has been here for over 2 years and she loves it. Also, for the price - they beat everyone else in Douglas County.
The education is also awesome. My child is well prepared for school.
The only thing I'd say is the building needs some improvements. It's definitely kept clean - but sometimes they don't run the air in the cooler temps, which can make the rooms kind of muggy/stuffy/smelly. Think diapers & sweaty kids in a stuffy room. This probably bothers me/the adults more so than the kids though.
