I only hope that those responsible for denying services they are responsible to pay out for end up in jail where they belong. Do not use Regence ever. Get state insurance before you pay them to do nothing. Unless you are in and out of the hospital over three times a year it will be worth nothing. They will not pay for ANYTHING.
