We have been customers of Lithia Toyota in Abilene for over 10 years. We have purchased or leased 5 or 6 vehicles from them in that time. On our last visit to turn in a leased (our first lease in 20 years) vehicle, and we ended up purchasing a new car. The process was super-simple.
Our sales team consisted of our salesman, Trooper Merworth, the sales manager, Craig Beverly, and finance manager Sam Sloane. We could not have had a better team! They made us feel like exceptionally valued customers and, even though all we wanted was a little car to add to our household inventory of two other Toyotas, you would have thought we were buying the most expensive vehicle on the lot. They took great care of us and made everything as easy as possible.
Also, one word that I can say that described our sales team that I could not say about our experiences at other dealerships is "honesty". They were straight forward and really wanted us to be in the type of vehicle we wanted and didn't try to get us into something we didn't really want or need. This is the refreshing type of customer service experience that we have always had at Lithia Toyota in Abilene and is the main reason we are dedicated customers.
We have recommended numerous people to Lithia Toyota of Abilene over the years and will continue to do so for years to come. We cannot express enough thanks to our sales team for making everything to pleasant.
In addition, over the last decade-plus, the Lithia Service Department has been wonderful to us and all of our issues and sometimes exceptionally petty questions or concerns. They always go out of there way to take care of us. We could not ask anything more from a dealer service department. Thanks to Russ and the rest of the service team as well!
