Matt from Fletcher just inspected my new home, and I was very impressed. He was very thorough, and took the time to explain what he was finding and what needed to happen to fix things. When I was confused (I m not the handiest person around a house), he went into more detail to make sure I knew what to do. For some issues, he gave me a lower cost option to try, and then what to do if that didn t fix things. I felt like I got an inspection from Matt that he would have given to a member of his family. I appreciated his patience with me as a newbie home buyer.
