A couple years back, I had been getting robocalls repeatedly, leading with the gag about a rise in break-ins in my area. One day, after several phone calls and attempts to get removed, I decided to engage and see if they'd give up the company name. It cost me quite a few more calls to get the Alliance name but it was worth it just to be able to leave this one star. I'd like to think robodialing isn't profitable enough in a trust-based industry like this, but here we are.
