Our Sales Agent was Cody, and after reading reviews he seems to be good. However, he didn't listen to what we were looking for in a car - drivetrain; wanted AWD and he had it for FWD. Had our car appraised and they didn't even drive it, looked at it for maybe 5 min.

Was not impressed with Bob Brown, I feel that our age was a big factor in how they treated us.
