Horrible! First you overloaded with emails and phone calls and by mail. Eventually no license plates or insurance after 4 weeks. In the meantime paid just as much to a rental car as to a one-year insurance policy. Then I called my broker. Next morning number plates and same day insurance at the same price.
Corona is the worst thing you can imagine. HORRIBLE!
Staff don't know each other. Everyone tells a different story each time.
